Brook Pointe Resort, Syracuse

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, especially given the high expectations I had for a couples getaway. The mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable, leading us to cut our trip short after just one night. While the location was nice and there were some great features like the outdoor fire pit, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor quality of the bed and the musty smell in the room.

My stay at the resort was overall delightful, especially with the special touches for our anniversary. The room itself was beautifully decorated with rose petals and candles, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. However, the breakfast variety could use some improvement. The indoor heated pool was a great bonus and made for a lovely contrast to the outdoor options, which would have been too cold.

We had an amazing family weekend at Brook Pointe! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had plenty of cooking supplies. The beautiful property offered enchanting trails for our kids to explore, and we loved the friendly service from Hannah. The only downside was the lack of dining options on-site, but that didn't ruin our experience at all.

I had a really nice stay at Brooke Pointe. The room was clean and beautifully decorated for our Couple’s Getaway, which included rose petals and candles. The Jacuzzi tub was an absolute highlight, with hot water and great pressure. However, I did find the mattress uncomfortable and wished there were more pillows. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'm excited to return in the summer to see the property in full bloom.

We had a wonderful time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful surrounding property and the peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and featured a jetted tub, though it was a bit small for my husband. We loved the outdoor firepit area for evenings, but the pool could use some maintenance. Overall, for the price we paid, it felt like a great deal for a mid-week escape.
